If your LT's have hook ups for AIR and EGR and you plan on removing them, you'll want some black off plates. Also the stock GM steel gaskets for the manifolds are well made and can be reused, but that isnt a bid deal. Print out the install guide from LS1howto and you should be set. Gonna be a sweet set up.....

!wires
!arp cam and cam plate bolts
!JPR tool

add Pushrods, timing chain, and oil pump (optional but i'd just as well). keep the stock wires and cam bolts and make your own JPR tool with rods from home depot/lowes

Use dowel rods from home depot. Ls1howto will give you the measurements on the rods because I cannot remember. RODS= 2 dollars est. or JRP tool= $$$$$$$$$

i was going to get the Torquer until seeing the 233/239 and TSP says it makes nice torque and great top end power. and the headers and exhauast system have been in my garage waiting for the installation.

When unsure on what to get a good rule of thumb is to go big so that you don't regret it later. IMO the 233/239 looks like a very nice cam. I was set on a 231/237 for awhile but went bigger and I hadn't even seen the 233/239 stuff when I got the MS3. I still think I made the right decision for me though.
