Tr220?
I'd try taking it down to a 110lsa and retard it 4*. This would probably keep the same power band but w/ more power under the curve from increased overlap. Better idle quality from the new valve events.
Are you in an A4 or M6 ?
Both would have a very healthy lope, the M6 could probably run alright before a tune but A4 probably wouldn't stay running. As stated, the torque would be pretty low in the power band and "stall" out well before 6500 RPM's.
What is your reason for looking at that low of a LSA with a smaller cam ?
I had a TR220 on a 114 LSA
(wish I would have purchased a 112 LSA)
.....now I have a 224 / 581 / 112 LSA +4 advance; needed the TQ low, as I autocross
Another option to think about: TR220 on a 112 LSA and add 2 deg advance.

I'll let you know how it runs in a week. I put a 220/220 110LSA in my car the day before yesterday. Drove the car in to work yesterday and it feels pretty good, definitely picked up some noticable power all across, the idle gives me wood.
I let my friend borrow my HPtuners for the holidays, so I haven't touched the tuning yet, it idles perfectly with my 'old' tune (hotcam). I will dyno it on the 8th.
