True, peak #'s are not outstanding, but the tq curve is very sweet.

Good question. Anyone paired this combo up yet. I just bought a 02 Z06. I had the ASA in my 02 Z28 and loved it. I am thinking about putting in my Z06 and would like to know if any one else has done it yet. If not I dont mind being the first and seeing what I can pull out of the combo.

anybody remember off hand the flow numbers of the GMMP heads off hand. i've seen them before but dont remember the low and mid lifts. if i remember right they peak at or just past .550 lift and were designed to be mated with the grand am cam. i dont think the HC or ASA would be able to take full advantage and i'd look into a head with smalller port volumes if one wanted to use the HC/ASA.

That would be the price PER HEAD, as in 999 x 2

Sorry, gotta love GM some days.

Is the intake runner on those heads really 250cc? That's huge, what are the flow #'s on that big of an intake?

I'd love to drive a car with a set of these big CNC heads. I have a set of them that I got cheap, so I'm trying to decide whether I'm better off selling the GM heads and going with AFRs or running the GMs. The AFRs will cost me at least $1000 more, and they have a heavier valve/spring package. Just wish I knew how the low end and throttle response is with these.

FYI, I measured my heads, and the intakes are 240-241cc's. My chambers are 60.5cc. I read a few old posts on this forum about them, and the discription doesn't match my heads at all. Mine do not have any welding anywhere like the older GM LS6 CNC's had, they must have updated the program recently.

I wish AFR sold a set of their 205cc CNC heads with the stock LS6 valvetrain parts!

Ive got the H/C already.. I too have been tryin to decide on what heads. But I have always been about sticking to OEM parts. Just not sure if i want to go with another aftermarket head or oem worked head. Plus, how about this combo with N2O!!!
