I have a 99 SS and so far I have a MTI intake lid, borla catback and 100 dry shoot by nos. With this a got 12.11 on street on the 1/4 mile. I've also bought a set of GTP stage III Ls6 heads with the cam to match and an Holley intake in order to use the NOS pro race fogger system. What should I go with; a stroker kit or same CID but with forged parts.

If you got the loot than I say go all out with the stroker. It all depends on how deep your pockets are. The more you spend the faster you will go.

It all depends on how much you want to spend. With those heads I would go to a bigger bore though. JPR has the all bores for $4250 I think. I was in the same boat and ended up building a 422 to get everything done and out of the way with one shot.
