Yea,the website dosen't say anything about LS1's,I had heard t hey were doing it,just not sure what year. I will have to check a PRI book? I will DEFFENTELY been doing a motor for it. just need the rules!

Chris,you work for Stef's? I need a custom alum oil pan made up for a 427 C5R block(wet sump).

LS-1 engine masters will be here for 06'. They have too much work on their plate and they are running out of time, so they decided to do it next year.

That's a bold statement considering "IF" he makes it in the competition, there will be 39 other contestants with him. No dought he is good but, is he the best? I've seen too many times where a back yard shade tree guy has come from nowhere and beaten the best of them.

I agree, some of the top engine builders period may show up, I'm not just talking 11.5:1 is all you can do on pump gas LS1 land. It's not just about peak power either average power 2500-6500 on 92 octane is a lot harder than all out power. An understanding of all the little crap it takes to make the extra 1 hp at the FLYWHEEL will help. Also the whole not blowing something up on the engine dyno weighs in also lol

I'm still very interested in seeing what chamber designs people come up with for this.
