Why do forged motors (generally) make less power than stock bottom ends?

Even some stock bottom end cars dyno higher or lower then other stock bottom end cars, forgeing a stock bottom end dosent really add or lose hp or really changeing anything but make the motor more bullett proof.

Forged or non forged has nothing to do with power. The weight of the components and the machine work (torque plate honed preferably) are the factors. The newer forged pistons will fit plenty tight and shouldn't slap when cold if good machine work is done to keep tight tolerances of the bore, and with a good hone, the rings will seat well enough even if the motor isn't broken in perfectly by the book.
