Default Look at this PIc of Block

Do you guys think its safe to run this block after #7 rod broke and hit the bottom of #8 cylinder and took of a small chunk....dont know what happen bought as a spare junk motor poss had water since valves are rusted shut on same cyl head...after taking #7 rod/piston(broken) out motor spins freely with #8 still in.

Looks like it took out a little part of the actual sleve. I would have that cleaned up before I put that car back on the street, personally

grind her down and go to town

just make sure its not scuffing the piston when the skirt comes down to it (if it comes down to it)
