Well my motor shipped out right on the ship date and should be delivered monday. It is the integrity and customer service that makes me feel comfortable going with APE. Chris, if it makes you feel better, your delivery guarantee is one of the big reasons I chose to order my engine from you guys.

bottom line is ape had to pay for the free motor, but they just infinitely raised my confidence in them, so when I need that 427, i know exactly who i will be calling!! I bet there are many others like me, so in the longrun excellent customer service pays for itself sevreal times over....

I just spoke with Chris, and he said even the shipping and crate fee are free!!! I sure as hell didnt expect that!! They have a customer for life!!!

That is outstanding customer service. I know both Chris and Nick, and they are upstanding guys. Not only do they do great work and stand behind it, but then something like this comes along and... well... damn! There's a few other vendors on this board I wish would make guarantees like that. Being jerked around for over a month gets aggravating. If I find out something I ordered did in fact ship today like i was told, FINALLY, I wont say anything. Otherwise, I might have to start pointing fingers.
