I can accept hearing its gonna be about 3 weeks if that was fufilled, but being told its gonna be this week every week and then not having that fufilled is what is agrivating me.
I appologize for your inconvenience, and for what its worth. Even after we put a credit card refund through it can take up to 30 days to credit on your account. This is what I was told by a merchant account when I left a deposit at a hotel at Thunder last year. It took about 3 weeks to have the $200 security deposit come off.

1) just because it's free, doesn't make it good customer service - a product was promissed on a day, they didn't make the date and someone is without their car cause of it
2) it doesn't take 30 days for a credit to show up, it takes 1 day. Ask MBNA and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency who did this in 1 day for me.
3) Chris is still full of **** - just cause he's giving motors away free, doesn't mean he can be 3 weeks late. Those guys are getting free motors, he's shipping their motor to other people who ordered later to meet their deadlines and these guys getting free motors are going to wait another 3 months and when they bitch "well you're getting it for free, what more do you want?"

Chris and the guys at APE are oustanding people and have awsome customer service.... They have taken care of me from day one. It may take a while to get ahold of them on the phone.. but alot of other sponsors are.
I love the way you come on her with your whole 2 posts and trying to put others down when all you are doing is acting like a TROLL.
Alot of us know they are great guys and have awsome customer service so what you say doesnt bother us......... They are doing there best to make the CUSTOMER #1 and they have my buisness.

you know he's another LS1Tech member that created a new account just to post this crap about APE because he doesn't have the ***** to talk this kind of **** with his real username.
I am pretty sure that this is the guy who ripped me off for $1700, Jim Hogan. The "office of the comptroller of the currency" has given him away. I know no one else who would use that line except for Jim. As he has used it before. Plus he was also banned from this board, so that would go with the new screen name thing.
Here are my replies to your statements;
1.) Not good customer service?????? I can't see how getting a free motor wouldn't be. Who else stands behind their deadlines like this?? Would it be better if it was just late and we said we were sorry or is the free motor better?? I am pretty sure 9 out of 10 are going to go with the free motor.
2.) Someone has already given a good answer to this. Also he was speaking from experience in working in that field.
3.)Ya, we have so many orders that are alike that we can just give a guy a free engine to ship his to another customer with a closing deadline. I think that out of the 41 engines we have had from this sale............maybe 2 were exactly the same!!

I ordered a 355 shortblock last year from these guys before the guarantee and when it was later than he VERBALLY told me it would be he sent me a fully forged 383 with splayed main caps for the same pricethats a 3k dollar difference...They didnt have to do it but they did
