Pullies are well worth it. I think they typically give a about a tenth and one mph. The new oil pump and timing chain are preventative maintenence. The chain is considered more important the higher you plan to rev your engine, while the oil pump is considered more important the older/higher mileage your car is. Especially the early years, say 98-99, which are known for oil pumps that sometimes just give out. If it's a 98-99 definately get a new oil pump, ported or not. And if you are going to be removing the oil pump the chain has to come off anyway, so you might as well put a stronger/newer one in, right?
