Wow that's a lot of lift.

I'm running .598/.632 lift on my special blower cam.

verbs, similar to my EDC, mine was cut for...well about double those size shots 231/242 .6307/.6222 @ 114*. Cant wait to see how this baby works. I'm only hoping for 450rwhp thru auto (converting to A3) and soon to be Jay's Fabbed 9". Then hit the switch for a lil 2xx shots ride.

Initially my cam was going to be a 236/248 or so for a full n2o cam for the 200+ shots, but I don't have the fuel system to handle it right now, and I also didn't want the softer low end N/A from the extra exhaust duration.

I would only spray that much maybe 3-4 times a year. Wasn't worth it to me. Let me know how it works out.

Oh I definately will. I'll probably only spray a few times this year, hell still gotta install the new shortblock and move. In Hawaii I guess the CAT sprayed damn near every weekend for 18months. Hehehehe. Cant wait.
Good luck man.
BTW, was your cam ground for your current heads? Mine were ground for AFRs, the biggens.

This was flowed with and without a 78mm LSX manifold. I now have a 90mm manifold, but I don't know if flow #s would be a little different through the bigger manifold.

The exhaust was flowed through a stack pipe, which yields higher results than others who don't flow with stack pipes. I do have the nitrous exhaust port on these heads which flow about 15-20cfm better than the standard Stg. 2.5 LS6 head from TEA.

Column 4 - thru the manifold, is the 78mm correct? Just making sure

By the way, do you know the runner volumes?

Thanks

i've almost got the same VE's @.050

IVO - 7
IVC - 51
EVO- 50
EVC - 6
overlap - 13*

but we have totally different lobes . you should doctor it before you throw it in, its pretty cool to see the whole lobe profile as compared to some off the shelf stuff.

Even if I did throw it on a cam doctor, I wouldn't share it with anyone. People like to steal designs

I can't wait to see how these custom cams compare to some of the more well-designed off-the-shelf cams.

No doubt, they have some interesting specs.

Default Dum questions

I'm not entirely posotive that my cam is ideal for my heads. I did make good head/cam/bolt on only numbers, but maybe I could do better.

Who does these custom cams?
