Extra CC's when flycutting?

Extra CC's when flycutting? How do you figure additional CC's when fly cutting? I will be fly cutting the intake .040-.050 and exhaust .020-.025 and am concerned about how much I will decrease my CR.

Hey JRP do you think I'd gain over about 1.5 CC combined per piston. I swear I saw something on this in the archives but can't find anything now.
