Finished up my F14 install last night, and took it for a drive this morning. Hopefully it'll be tuned this Saturday, and I can let you know how it feels.
Everything I found says you can't go wrong with any of Allan's cams

Nice Let me know how it goes with the tune, and let me know if you get some dyno numbers as well!! What rods did you use for the F14?

I just bought a set of T.E.A. 5.3's stage 1.5's & a comp 232/240 @595/608 114lsa. Would the F14 make better power than this cam? Just wandering.

I heard from a very very knowledgable source that the F14 did not make any more power than the F13 when he tried them both out on the dyno.. Just thought I'd share..

Oh yeah, I also know someone that has ran both cams and his car did not pick up a single digit in times at the track.. Ran a 7.41 with the F13 and a 7.42 with the TSP 231/237.. or it might have been the other way around... But it did change his power band significantly when he swapped cams.

1Quick TA, are you talking about the car where Gomer Had the F13/14/15 graphs all into one?

If I remember the guy made more power with the 13 than the 15, but the 14 had a nicer curve..

Anyways, I love my F14, graph in sig. Ask Cyphur_traq what he thought about it

I have the 231/237 and even I advise you to go the the FMS cam. The power on my cam doesn't hit until about 3k. It pulls hard from then on but I would rather have something with a broader powerband.

i knew i was gettin an F14 before I rode in Brandon's car...but after a couple WOT pulls on the highway I remember sayin....'i gotta get me one 'a these'. its a badass cam.

go with a dual spring kit.

the 918s should for a while, but duals would be higly suggested with the ramprate/lift
