What could be wrong??
at idle my spark is 25-28 degrees . in first gear it goes all the way up to 40ish ... i shift to 2nd it falls down to 28ish ... 3rd gear falls as low as 18!! i think im getting knock!
and my TPS reads 7-93%
i have a senor on the rear upper part just past the last runner of my FAST 78mm manifold that doesn't sit properly... what does it do, and what happens if it's not seated properly??
and what should my H02S read @ WOT ?
btw, here's a list of what i got on my Holden VX2 SS A4 so that u guyz get an idea of what im running on :
- Pacemaker 4-2-1 headers
- CAPA 2.5" catback
- no cat. converters
- FAST 78mm intake manifold
- FAST 78mm t-body
- LS6 camshaft 02

- K&N replacement filter (thinking of getting the K&N aircharger)

If you can scan / log what your timing is, cant you scan what your knock retard is? Then youll definately know if you have any KR or not. Also, the o2s at WOT and high rpm should be around .890 - .910... the narrow band o2s are NOT accurate in this range, so dont rely on this.
the predator doesn't pick up some of the sensors.. unfortunately knock retard is one of them... it stays at 0.0 all the time!
and the 02 sensor doesn't even get close to .9 ..... i've never seen it hit more then 0.6

First off you should be seeing 100% throttle angle. Thats clue number 1. It might be due to the TB change. your going to have to sweep the TPS and see that it reads over 4 volts at WOT.
Next is that sensor. Can you take a pic of it? I can't picture what your talking about in my head right now.
actualy the 02's at idle and part throttle will read anywhere between 1-999 Mv. They should switch above and below bias voltage (450Mv) about 8 times in 10 seconds. During WOT you should se both banks steady out to the upper 800Mv range. but since your not hitting 100% throttle you might not be entering WOT/PE mode so the TPS should be step one.

Do you have any documentation as to the specifics of this relationship? I have yet to see this occur.

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak. When I swapped to the ls6 intake, the map sensor on the back was loose and didn't seal well. I noticed my timing was way up there at wot 36* plus. After I resealed everything it went back to normal. Hope this helps.

last night i tried playing with my TPS. and if i turn it with my finger i can get it to sweep from 0-100%! but when i put it back on the TB it doesn't, it appears the sweep of the TPS is GREATER then the sweep of the TB shaft. and the ecu re-adjusts itself as well !
my MAF reads 25 lbs/min at WOT. and the timing still retards to 18-20 !! and i reaseled and siliconed the rear sensor.
what should the TPS read?? at idle and WOT??

How long have you driven the car? Give it some time to readjust. What does tps read with it reconnected to the tb with the blade all the way open? Do you have a newer style tb with a smaller cam and an older style tps sensor? Just a couple of questions for you.
it reads 93% with the blade all the way open. even if i open the blade 100% and put it back on the TB, it re-adjusts later back to 93% again!
with the blade completely closed.. it reads 7% !!
how do u tell the difference between the new style and old style TPS?? i feel that this is very possible.. as it seems the TPS moves alot more then the blade shaft turns.
