422 ci start up, no oil pressure. How long to wait till the gauge moves?

As far as I know the only way to verify if the front plug is installed would be to remove the front cover and physically look at it.
The rear plug you can verify by removing the allen head plug from the passenger side rear of the block.
The rear plug you can verify by removing the allen head plug from the passenger side rear of the block.
