Should I ask the shop to do a leakdown on all 8. Broken rocker, spring, valve I broke a spring and a rocker as well as bent the spring. Should I request that the shop do a leakdown on all 8 to ensure nothing else went wrong.
What else could go wrong as the result? I was burning oil like crazy and black smoke at startup/WOT

I am in the same boat, they pulled the head and its currently off for repair
I hope nothing else is damaged like the piston. Would this type of failure cause other damage? What about the leakdown on the rest of the cylinders?
(btw - dont mean to hijack ur thread)
