Aight, if someone knows please post it up...I may go with some 1.75's, 1.8's if the duration won't be that high...just guessing but if 1.8's=240 duration, and 1.7=228, wouldn't 1.75=234 or somewhere in that area? And if that is correct, would 234 duration be so much that I'd lose low end power?

The durations won't increase by that much, just like a point or so.
There is no effect on the cam by p-rod.
I would recommend CRANE 1.7 "variable lift rockers".
They give you more power down low and do not really affect your PTV clearances.

Aight, thanks, didn't know. The one guy said if I went to 1.8 lift = .570 or something, and duration=240. i was thinking no way I can do 240...a little too high fer me

Make sure your springs are up to the task, not only by increasing the the ratio but the weight of the rockers themselves may hurt. It could cause valve float. I've seen it first hand. The stock rockers are kick ***... My opinion... Get a bigger cam...

This was with Crane duals. Can't imagine what problems could arise with bulky rr's on a 918 spring. Some have said that there are some brands of rr's that aren't too heavy but I don't remember the brand name. You'll have to search. I would say keep the stockers until you are doing say a stout 427 or a solid roller cammed motor.
Alright, I guess I'm going to stay with the stockers. I don't need anymore problems than I already have, not to mention I don't need to spend another $500 either.

Just send your set to NASTY Performance and they do it for around $250.oo
Benefits of stockers: lighter, no clearance problems on any heads.

The stockers are very good.
Parts break from time to time, but most people have had good luck with the stockers.
You brake a piston probally 20 times to every time a rocker goes in our motor's.
Off topic a little sorry.
Back to your origional question.
Save your money and buy a new camshaft.
With the numbers you posted abaove I dont think a set of 1.75's will get you to your goal.
I would buy a camshaft and sell the one you have.
Find a good member on here to do it for you and save some money.
I only charged 350 for the last cam I did, plus the cost of the cam. 750 total and then you could sell your old cam for a couple bills. Total out of pocket ='s 550.
