Default New Comp Cam

Hey guys. I talk to Comp this afternoon and they said they have a new cam out called EFI-5 It has a 230/236 on a .612/.615 lift at a 112lsa. It has a little less ramping then the XER cam. Sounds like something I am looking for. You can get more lift because of the less agressive ramp. Has anyone had any knowledge or use of this cam? Good or bad?

Easier on the springs, little more lope and longer seat to seat duration for a given lift. (i think, i'm still trying to figure all this out myself)

Hey Brian tell us some more about these new lobes. Are there a lot of lobes like the XER or are we limited to the 230/236 durations?

Thanks,

you'll be hard pressed to find any here. one, there new, and most sponsors dont use many lobe lines out side of the 3700. you'll most likely need to find someone who went with a custom.

Does this mean that my cam with XER lobes wasn't designed for fuel injected motors ?
