Help idnetifying Crane rocker arm install parts
it came with the two on the left, and then 16 of the one on the far right. are the two on the left used for the initial install process where it says to torque down to set screw to 25lbs and then the adjusting nut and arms stud to 22lbs
then once you have them tightened. you'll remove the allen set screw in the middle, then the instal nut with with the allen leaving just the the stud to mount the arm onto, after 6 hours of allow time?

You shouldn't have any problems. Just read and follow the instructions. The most current instructions are also on the crane website. Keep track (written) of the number of times you make the 1/4 turn adjustments so you aren't second-guessing yourself as you're bolting down the valve covers. The one thing I didn't find was a torque setting for the lock screw. I just buttoned them down as tight as I could. When you start it the first time it will click and clatter for several minutes. Don't get disturbed by it. The lifters will readjust and get very quiet.

The Comp Pro Mags don't come with those extra polylocks. Too bad you don't have see thru rocker covers to show off those rockers. Keep track of which ones you have done and go step by step using the Crane tutorial. Pulling the plugs makes turning the crank easier. Tighten those sets screws down real good.

will look into that part of the instructions. but it's supposed to be 8 1/4 turns in total. on the 8th and final turn you tighten the jambnut to the point where it bottoms out. then with the qrench and allen wrench you turn the last 1/4 turn. this sets the correct preload and will securely tighten the locking nut.

here's the link right off crane cams site on adjusting LSx rocker arms. http://cranecams.com/pdf/438e.pdf
in both instructions it says to tighten the setscrew while holding the adjusting nut still. but, by turning both at the same time on the 8th and final turn, it will ensure the setscrew will be extremely tight and not back off. you can't always get it tight with an allen wrench. those with allen sockets will be able to put more force on the setscrew.

well ima try and get a couple more turns out of this but dayam its like the allen lock will barely even be sitting in the adjuster nut. its already pretty hard to turn the rockers that are in the down position. maybe itll be alil easier since it sat over night but well see.... one says this one says that... i think ima try and get one more 1/4 turn to get the 1 3/4 i use a allen socket on a torque wrench.. gotta love snap on

yeah, i think the webmaster just hasn't updated that page on vinci's site. i have an email into roger vinci about it now. what's concerning me is in your pics, the setscrews are above the adjusting nut. looking at the pics i have from doing it on my wife's cars, i can't quite tell if mine are that high out of the nuts or not. and it's been awhile since i did them to remember. when you do the 1/4 turn, you make sure it's like going from 12:00 to 3:00 right?? just wanting to make sure you are getting it done correctly. yes, some will be harder than others because you will be pushing the springs down. but, not difficult. here's the pic of mine. granted not as close as yours. so, it's hard to tell.
