Default Help with Cam Position Sensor.

I need to know exactly where the cam position sensor is. I have my intake off and I found a sensor that looks a lot like the CPS I was sent from FFHP except that it's about twice as long and bolts up at a different angle, I'm guessing this is the crank position sensor? Anyways, I've looked everywhere back there and I can't find anything else even similar. They are both 3 prong sensors and the cable fits onto both sensors. They obviously aren't the same sensor, is it possible 01+ ls1's have a different CPS than the 97-00? Here's some pics to help explain.

The long one is the Cam Sensor.

The short one is the Crank Sensor

You have to (or may want to for easier access) pull the starter to get to the crank sensor.

Why are you replacing the CPS anyway, David?

Were you getting codes from it?

Yeah, I'm getting a Cam Position Sensor Voltage Low code. Alex deleted it and after restarting my car it came right back on. I have to let the car crank for about 10 seconds before it'll start so it's definetly the CPS.

Just ordered the new CPS ($60), it's supposed to be here on Tuesday. I'll take some better pictures of the install then.
