springs ( buy springs that can)
piston to valve clearance ( you can fix that as well)
ramp rates ( why????) no one has ever explained that one

Does this cause more stress on the valve train?
There will be more pressure on the cam lobes due to the friction and pressure caused by the higher lift and resultant greater spring load. Since we are hydraulic, this translates in increased load on our lifters and goes beyond their spec capabilities. That is why it is advised not to use higher ratios with cams above .550 lifts.
