I spoke to Comp and they said I have to advance my cam 4 degrees. It is really a pain in the *** for what i`ve read, so hopefully someone here can guide me and make it simpler for me.
cam should be degreed ?? is it a MUST or just better to be degreed to gain max power from the grind ,

114 LSA and a 4 degrees advance then u have 110 ICL ... i`d say dot to dot thats it .. tho it is better to degree it to have the optimum hp and tq .

Wow JRP, that's a very comprehensive thread (first time actually I've sat and read through all of it)!

It is not necessary to advance this cam. What happens with a +0 advance (straight up) is that your cam will peak a little later and go higher in rpms.
I have a 224/220 on a 116+0 and the motor loves it.
You can always offset the higher rpms by running shorter gears in the diff.

Also I was looking at your graph with cam and you shooting N2O.
Is your tune a nitrous tune?? I see the AFR is kinda lean even on the motor tuned section. It looks like it goes 13.5 in the early rpms. You can also notice that by the % gains that you are guetting. Kinda inneficient (even if it is dry)
Before you play with the cam i would get a right tune first.

I already had it Tuned. And couldn`t do anything about the lost on the low mid range. When I sent this spects to Comp they said I need to advance the cam to make it a truly 220/224 114, he said when the cams are custom grinde you have to do that. Rev extreme tuned the car, I don`t know if you are familiar with them, but they are good tunning. Oh, the car was tuned for motor.

Still need to know if I can do this only with the adjustable timing set or do I need to do dial as well.

The adj. timing set should do the trick (without a dial). That's what it's for. Call SLP for any further questions.

A set of 4.10:1 in the rear and you do not have to touch that cam, that I promise.

Quick question on the installation of the timing chain. The sprocket has the degrees on it.
I took the stock crank sprocket at 0 degrees, now to put the SLP one do I need to put it with the 4+ degrees facing the top and matching the cam sprocket dot. Or put it in at 0 degrees and then turn it to 4+ to make the actual advanced ???
Please Help.
