Default recomendations on spark plugs??
changin my plugs and wires when i throw in the new cam and just wonderin which ones to go for. ( i need them to last a while b/c I HATE CHANGING THEM!!!) thanks for the help.

Ditto on the ngk tr55 very good plug have friends with them on there LS1, as a meet of fact i need to done them myself just not look forward to it!!!

If you want to go longer between plug changes and still have a great spark plug get a set of NGK TR55IX iridiums (or TR6IX iridiums if you have a FI or N2O setup).
