I work at a Chevy dealer...check sig dude.. ..actually the last one that I got was free.. ..parts mgr. just gave it to me...

Great choice of changing the o-ring. When I did my h/c swap, I just reused my old one. Well, guess what happened? I had oil seeping from it and going all underneath my car. It was even seated correctly. Needless to say, I pulled it all back off and replaced it with a new one, and it did the trick.

So, how do you determine which oil pump O-ring is the correct one if there are 2 available? What is the difference between the two? I have a stock GM LS6 oil pump ready to go on '98 LS1. I'm confused after reading a couple of threads on this subject.
