Unhappy AHHHHH cam help please

Ok as of right now I have a Vig 4000 stall and 3.73 gears...
I have a 224/224 560. 560. lunatti cam on top the frige but I think I want to take more advantage of the large stall, would like to get some opinions on a Ideal cam for the stall and gears...

car will see the track once or twice a month

this is a daily driver but its just 6 miles round trip a day

Looking for a nasty lope like a pro stock just pulled up next to you

No harsh ramp rates please dont want to be replacing springs every 10k miles

anyhelp would be apreciated....

ps Ive done plenty of searching so dont come in here telling me to use search

With that size stall I would look at the F13 or F14 cam's from FUTARL. But if I was you call them and talk to ALLEN or CANDY and they will get you the best cam for your need's.Hope this help's.

P.S. Ask about the F15 I heard that cam on a buddy of mine's car and it sound sick. But all cam's from them are sick.

My friend just put that cam in sounds nasty as hell are you running 918's? or duals? Only reson I dont like it is cause it has a agresive ramp rate looking for somthing easier on the springs Im leaning more towards a F13 anyone know what the ramp rate is like on the F13? and how long could the 918's handle it?

Sell that lil 224 and GO BIG. Don't worry about how aggressive it is, you won't have to change springs every 10k on a street car with any of the off the shelf grinds, assuming proper spring selection/install.

I daily drive the MS3 (237/242 .603/.609 113) and love it. Think about something along the lines of the MS3 or a G5X3.

Is this possible without PCM tuning? Sorry for the stupid question. If not what can i go to get that lopey sound and maximum hp gains without a tune.

You'll need a tune to properly run a lopey cam and you'll DEFINATELY need a tune for maximum hp gains. Three best options, in order are hands on dyno tune by a professional (sponsor), mail order tune from the shop you buy the cam from and learning to do it yoursef (with help from tech's pcm section) after buying HPTuners. A cam with a healthy amount of overlap, which is what causes lope, is what you are after. You should get full exhaust, including longtube headers, first.

Are you on EFA? going to the big shootout in september@MIR? if so Ill see you there

I think Im going to end up having Lunati do a custom grind since there ramp rates are not as agresive as the cams you guys are running not that its a bad thing but I want my springs to last as long as posible and so I dont have to worry about valve float..

Im thinking somthing like a 231/237 .580 .585+4 on a 112lsa, that way I can run 918's and keep my valve train lite... any opinions on them specs and lunati's ramp rates?

I agree, F15. If you want a pro-stock idle, you wont get it out of the F13, it has a fairly smooth idle (which is considered a GOOD thing by many, including myself). F15 will make good power and have a nice idle for you, go for it.
