Default Questions on new set-up

Ive finally decided on what im gonna do with my motor over the winter.

Gonna have my stock heads sent out to be ported and have them milled .020.
With the money I saved just having my stock heads ported im gonna go with a f13 cam.

The guy milling my heads said that I can keep my stock length push rods (7.400) with a .020 mill. Is this true?

Also...I have the manley springs and titanium retainers rated for .600 lift. Will these springs be good enough to handle the f13? It has a .595 intake lift.
Anything special I need to do with the springs when installing them...or can I just set everything up like I did with the 224 cam install...no shimming?

The f13 has a plus 2 or 4 advance ground in....can I just install it strait up like I did my current cam that has no advance ground in?

Will I have any PtoV clearance issues? Ill have the stock valves, just the heads will be milled .020 and the f13 cam

Think ill hit 420 to the wheels with this set-up? and my bolt ons....or should I get a pulley?

thanks
