looks like a good tool to have if you are one of us who needs to sawp then out more than once. I wish I had that on my first cam swap.

no it uses two threaded bolts into two threaded rocker arm stands to compress two springs
the base plate covers two rocker arm stands and is bolted to both of them, the single stud is centered between the two springs and the top plated is placed over that and creates the compressing force on the springs.
