anyone have any problem with oil pressure after cam swap

Search. Did you swap oil pumps or timing chains? If so, did you install a new oil pump pickup tube O-ring? Did you make sure that O-ring was not pinched?

you prolly have a pinched o-ring. However, only if you changed the oil pumps. If not time to take it back apart and put in a new pump.

yes the o ring did have a slight pinch in it but we thought it might be ok and the oil pump is brand new and ported

Tear it back down and replace the O-ring with a new one that does NOT get pinched. Problem should be solved.

Indeed. O-rings/gaskets/seals should never be skimped on. Especially one as important as the oil pump.

They should have on on hand. FYI: It's called an oil pump pickup tube o-ring. At my dealer I slipped and simply called it an oil pump O-ring, which apparently made me an incomptetent moron kid (21 y.o.) who had no idea what he was tlaking about in the eyes of the employee behind the counter.
