is the aluminum Slp ZL402 short block a good stroker block
I want to build my 4th gen camaro when i buy it after college and i was wondering if the aluminum ls2 zl402 short block is a good short block. i was looking at the low compression one because i plan to put a procharger supercharger D-1sc pushing 9 psi under the hood with there upgraded intercoolers as well along with afr 225 cc heads with 62 cc combustion chambers, and there rev kit. im also not sure on the came i should use whether a high lift cam for high rpm powerband or if i should go with a milder cam for more of a wide power band. this car will be daily drven in the summer, and see the drag strip on occasion.
thanx for your help.

If I was going FI I would stick with a forged 346. Its cheaper, and you will still be happy with the results. With a 402, you might want to change the D1 to an F1, or F1-R.
