im looking for a cam that will get me close to 400-405 hp and over 380 torque. I had 377/371 and wanna make a swap worth it. Im not too too worried about peak numbers. i want big numbers under the curve. What cams are out there that will help produce that? the car is a 99 m6 full bolt on, stock rear and gears.

well i was going to swap with someone and get the g5x2, but its not as tame as a cam like the f13/14. The ms3 is a bit too much. I dont want a drag queen, i want all street power..midrange is mainly what i want. if that makes any sense.

IMO, if you go with a bigger cam you're probably gonna lose power under the curve. No way I see a longer duration cam giving you more bottom end. Bigger numbers up top, yeah, but I don't think you can really get both.
