rockers and lifters....
AFR heads, 232/234 112 lsa cam, full exhaust and LS6 intake, im thinking while i have it all apart, rocker arms and lifter should get yanked out in place for some newer ones. anyone have any suggestions on brands or stick with stock, etc......

i am geting ready to change my heads to patriot and a comp cam (222/222 duration & .563 .563 Lift, 114 LSA) i was going to go ahead and put roller rockers, Comp pushrods and i was wanting to get new lifters, but i dont know ifi should. i am not too familiar with cams but i was talking with the tech at LS1speed and he siad for my application, thats what he would go with.

Change the lifters and leave the stock rockers alone. It seems the incidents of needle bearings in the oil are pretty rare these days utilizing stock rockers. I went with the Yella Terra 1.7's and while they are a very nice piece I really didn't need them at the time and probably would not buy them again if I could do it over. I did notice the full roller setup did quiet down valvetrain noise quite a bit.
