New plan = more better.

Pulley can be swapped later on fairly easily, but is largely unnecessary at the moment. Spending the money on headers will be well worth the cash. Springing for the pulley without LTs will gain you comparitively little. Not to mention that a pulley dosnt make your car sound like the gates of hell have opened up directly behind you

Does that sound like a better plan, if i dont get the pulley and sell the shortys it will end up only costing like $100-$200 more to get the headers.
Now that sounds like a better plan.

I have a f13 112 +2 in a 98 a4. It peaks around 6100rpm. It is streetable, shakey but streetable. Gets more attention than I dig with a dumped exhaust however. Get a good tune and either will work great.

Car was tuned by EvilZ28nos, on a DynoJet.

Pretty much the car has full bolt-ons, but its always been a strong motor. Friends with F-Bodies who have ridden/driven it always mentioned how it feels stout. Lucky factory freak??? Who knows...

Bone stock with 2,000 baby driven miles - 306rwhp, 323rwtq
Lid & Loudmouth at 10,000 miles - 326rwhp, 342rwtq
Cam came from FMS in january, 422rwhp, 410rwtq at 77,000 miles.

No track times yet with the cam yet (last pass was on street tires ~2yrs ago at a shitty track: lid, ftra, loudmouth -> 13.2 @ 110mph, 2.2 60ft) but will be running at GAFBA's Fall Shootout this sunday... Just for fun, on street tires No 12-Bolt & 150 miles from home = Expensive *** tow lol

Post up and let us know how you do. With street tires you might not get the best ET but I'm interested to see what you trap with that kind of power.

Definately will do...

I'm not worried about the ET, just going out there for fun this weekend with tons of friends... Given traction issues, I'm expecting mid 12s ~116 or so???

Its harder for the 112 to hold idle cause its lumpier. Not a problem on a manual cause the engine is in neutral when stopped, but an auto has to overcome the drag of the torque converter.

I have a bolt on Z06. LT's 3.90's, CAI. Would I have to notch the pistons with a F13 on a 114+2 or 4 lsa?

Got back from the track not long ago...
It was extremely hot, though breezy, but the track was slippery which was bad for me given I was on street tires. I ran about 8 times, here are my last 3 runs (and best results):

60' - 2.075 (Best of the day)
1/4 - 12.892
MPH - 118.09

60' - 2.237
1/4 - 12.852
MPH - 119.06

60' - 2.245
1/4 - 12.798 (Best of the day)
MPH - 120.33 (Best of the day)

I was extremely surprised with the trap speeds, and happy with the performance with all things considered...
