A Stock Z06 cam is a good Forced induction/N2O cam also. It's the cheapest choice is you have to go that route.
I'll just re-iterate what everyone else is saying. Wider LSA (114 Min.) and more duration on the Exhaust, but not so much that it will pull too much of the intake charge into the exhaust.
Other than that, I've heard the F4, is a good one. From Futral.

Also post this up in the N2O lounge. For a 150 shot, you really don't need to get TOO specific with the cam unless you are racing and need all the advantage you can get. You want to tune for the best N/A and then tune the N2O after that.
