Default should I change my valve springs???

My current valve springs are ls6 green ones, which I found in the sticky tread:

02 LS6 springs yellow or green: max lift ~.580

O.D
I.D:
seat pressure: 90 @ 1.800
open pressure: 294 @ ?

and this is my current cam

GM ASA 226/236 .525 . 252 .110

I have manley springs, and I wanna know if they worth to change?

How many miles on those springs with that cam ?
My guess is that it should be fine for 50K miles or so...ASA has a very low lift....
Manleys are good for .600 lift...

well my car has only 36k miles, springs should be something like 20-25k and cam is new

I don't want to install them because I am lazy, if I don't need to I am just going to sell them they are still brand new
