i heard word about a 500ci lsx:)
this is from a very very good source.
im not sure when but some of the plans are starting to begin.
all i know is it will be a race deck.
and there was a thought about putting lunati internals in it.
any ways...

to tell you the truth thats all remember talking to him about... because the reason for me calling him was totally different.... it just happend to lead that way....
next time i see/talk to him ill ask if he knows anything else.

sounds pretty impossible to get that kind of displacement from a small block. Sorry, I'm a skeptic. GM engineers were just barely able to make it a 427 in3 on the LS7 Z06. The cylinder walls are only seperated by a few millimeters right now.

4.175" or 4.2" bore aftermarket block is what you would need to not have a crazy stroke length. Dont see how they would do it with the tolerances as tight as they already are.

theres a 454 ls1 out there... hell when the 427 and 454 sbc's were first built i believe there were a lot of people that said it wouldnt work and now theres a factory built big inch small block, albeit not the gen1, in the new ZO6. so dont discount it until it fails, if it does.
