I got my LS6 block from Valve God and the rotating assbly from APE. Got my Crank from Callies direct.

Eagle H beam connecting rods - $435.00
Diamond forged pistons p/n 11504 - $600.00
Diamond Proselect ring set - $180.00
Clevite 663H connecting rod bearings - $56.00
Federal Mogul main bearing set - $56.00
Balance crank - $150.00 or so

Is APE still around?

Texas Speed is building a 408 for me right now. Im using eagle 4340 crank, scat rods, and Mahle pistons, Jason told me it would handle up to a 250 shot easy, but you would need to do a fuel system. Im just running a 100 shot for now. The Iron block is the best bet, and cheap insurance.

How much for their 408? PM me if you don't mind telling me their price!

And what about the headers? Can you use any headers yo uwould typically use on an LSX? I already have LT's and I want to keep them.........

Kooks 1 7/8 on the headers all the way. I picked mine up at HPE and boy was it the best move I could have made. You won't be sorry. I should have new track numbers soon to back my strokers power. It's mild but WILD when it wants to be

Good luck

So I haven't found anything that looks apealing to me yet.........I have looked at all you guys have posted up and they are all around 5-6K for a rotating assembly. I found one place I thought, that was around 3500-4k. I might have to look harder. Another thing I was thinking is that now that new 5 bolt block is coming out, (which will completely up the game) maybe these strokers will come down a bit?

Please keep me posted on good priced strokers..............Thanks

I talked to Bryan at LME today. I am most likely ordering a motor from him. I liked the whole conversation nice guy. Seems to be on top of things.
