Default Biggest Hydralic cam that will work in an LSX engine

I'm going to have either a 402 or 408 built while I'm gone in Iraq again. I'm looking at ET Performance's new 11 deg heads. Either the 240's or 255's. These heads look to be producing peak flow around .650-.700 lift range. I'm try to search the board to find an answer and so far no luck.

Is it possible to get into the .700 lift range on a hydralic set-up and be ok? If not, it looks like a solid roller for me for best performance.

If you don't get too aggresive on the lobes, you should be good to right around .650. I used some big block marine lobes and I had .646 lift. No probs at all. Who ever said lazy lobes don't make power

So it's possible on other setups. That's good info, but I know the LSX is limited in some aspect due to the size of the Cam journels. There's a finite lift amount that can be used.
