cam/rocker/spring question

cam/rocker/spring question alright, my cam is a 230/226 .597/.565 113. I have comp 918s for the springs, with stock rocker arms.
i have been wanting to change to a turbo setup for a while, but i think a turbo would work better with a little more exhaust lift/duration (possibly matching int/ex?). but, i dont want to go through the hassle of changing the cam again.
My question: if i changed the exhaust rocker arms to a 1.8 ratio (1.7 is stock, right?), would that bring the lift/duration up to near where the intake is? and would that keep the lift under .600 (max for the 918 springs)?
