Default cam/rocker/spring question

alright, my cam is a 230/226 .597/.565 113. I have comp 918s for the springs, with stock rocker arms.

i have been wanting to change to a turbo setup for a while, but i think a turbo would work better with a little more exhaust lift/duration (possibly matching int/ex?). but, i dont want to go through the hassle of changing the cam again.

My question: if i changed the exhaust rocker arms to a 1.8 ratio (1.7 is stock, right?), would that bring the lift/duration up to near where the intake is? and would that keep the lift under .600 (max for the 918 springs)?

help?

Lift would be .598, but it's my understanding that 1.8's are not good to use on high ramp rate cams. Maybe someone esle can elaborate a little on this for ya.
