Default 918's with a stock cam?

918's with a stock cam? May upgrade the cam later. Getting the rockers rebuilt by Harland Sharp and putting hardened pushrods. All this will be okay?
Thanks

Default TI locks and retainers?

GM locks are fine, but retainers are a plus for effective valve mass reduction.
