Default valve spring help

well thanks to my cousin not paying for his car it defaulted to me so i am a little tight for cash. my question is if i put in an MTI c2 cam can i upgrade the springs and pushrods only? Or do i have to buy titanium retainers or will the stock retainers and locks be ok. thanks for the help.

what about the 915s will they work or should i stick with the 918s?

use 918's and stock retainers and locks. youll have no problem just upgrading the springs and pushrods

i ran the same combo for a long time

918s are definitely a good way to go. They're not too pricey and are of very high quality. You can't go wrong.
