Looking to run a F14 cam, TTS longtubes and matching ORY , TSP Rumbler catback and a dyno tune.
I am looking for 450rwhp think I can make with this combo?

Looks like stage 1 5.7L head #'s.
Heads look pretty good I would have taken the flow number to .600 instead of .550 to see what they do up top.
They might go turbulant and they might continue to flow. Who knows????
I am guessing if those heads are milled or have larger valves flycuting might be a must with the F14.
Make sure you check it during the install.

should get you exhaust flow a little higher to get your percentage up looks like they did great on the intake but didnt do alot on the exhaust these #'s are on my LT1 heads not hating at all wish i had a LSX series motor

Thanks for the replies so far. what do you think of my cam choice do you the the f14 is a good choice?
I am looking for a good broad powerband from the engine rather then peak narrow band power.
I am also going to run a 100hp dry shot as well any concerns there with this combo?
I should also add that the car is a 02 Z28 convertible with a M6.
Thanks allot for your input.

Here's an F11 GMPP CNC LS6 heads thread.

Exhaust numbers look weak in comparison to the strong intake numbers. I'd probably run a cam with quite a bit more duration on the exhaust vs. intake. IE a G5X-3 would be a better choice than an F-13.

The exhaust #'s look comparable to MTI LS6 2E's. What's all the fuss?

Is this a flown with pipe/ no pipe thing? I think for a Stage 1 port, they're not bad at all.

If it's in his best interest to upgrade further is something he needs to decide for himself.
I still have not decided what cam I am going run
However I have decided to run a cam with more exhaust duration if for no other reason than I am planing on runing a 100hp dry shot and nitrous seems to enjoy the extra exhaust duration.
Anyone know a ballpark lift limit on non milled LS6 heads before I have to start thinking about flycutting?

I am running heads that dont flow what yours are flowing . I made 425/410 with the f13 through a 12 bolt,33 spline axles , 31/2" steele drive shaft on 17 " rims and 4.30 gears . My heads are very close to what a stock set of ls6 heads flow.
I have a thread in the Dyno section about Edelbrock headers with dyno graphs if you want to see how good the power band on a f13 looks.
F14 would not be a bad choice either though. Or get Allan Futral to cut you a custom f14 that he does for guys that want a little more exh. for nos. 232/236 .598/.598 114 lsa+4
