Those are some good low and mid numbers.

Looks like stage 1 5.7L head #'s.

300+ cfm @ .600 heads may give you about 10 more peak hp, but you're at least gonna make great power under the curve with the heads flown in the graph.

Heads look pretty good I would have taken the flow number to .600 instead of .550 to see what they do up top.
They might go turbulant and they might continue to flow. Who knows????
I am guessing if those heads are milled or have larger valves flycuting might be a must with the F14.
Make sure you check it during the install.

Thanks for the replies so far. what do you think of my cam choice do you the the f14 is a good choice?
I am looking for a good broad powerband from the engine rather then peak narrow band power.
I am also going to run a 100hp dry shot as well any concerns there with this combo?
I should also add that the car is a 02 Z28 convertible with a M6.
Thanks allot for your input.

What heads are they?

F11 would give a broad power band.

Heads are stage 1 ported 243 castings from Pro-Flo inc.
Assembled with stock stock valves and patriot gold springs.

Exhaust numbers look weak in comparison to the strong intake numbers. I'd probably run a cam with quite a bit more duration on the exhaust vs. intake. IE a G5X-3 would be a better choice than an F-13.

Exhaust numbers are terrible, better have some more duration on the exhaust side of the cam. Intake could be better but it will work.

What can I do to bring the exhaust numbers up?
How much power am leaving on the table with those exhaust numbers?

The exhaust #'s look comparable to MTI LS6 2E's. What's all the fuss?

http://www.motorsporttech.com/fbody_engine01.asp

Is this a flown with pipe/ no pipe thing? I think for a Stage 1 port, they're not bad at all.

The heads are still gonna make power nevertheless. More is always there of course.

If it's in his best interest to upgrade further is something he needs to decide for himself.

I still have not decided what cam I am going run

However I have decided to run a cam with more exhaust duration if for no other reason than I am planing on runing a 100hp dry shot and nitrous seems to enjoy the extra exhaust duration.

Anyone know a ballpark lift limit on non milled LS6 heads before I have to start thinking about flycutting?

I am running heads that dont flow what yours are flowing . I made 425/410 with the f13 through a 12 bolt,33 spline axles , 31/2" steele drive shaft on 17 " rims and 4.30 gears . My heads are very close to what a stock set of ls6 heads flow.
I have a thread in the Dyno section about Edelbrock headers with dyno graphs if you want to see how good the power band on a f13 looks.
F14 would not be a bad choice either though. Or get Allan Futral to cut you a custom f14 that he does for guys that want a little more exh. for nos. 232/236 .598/.598 114 lsa+4
