Default Gasket thickness

Does anyone know the compressed thickness of the MLS 6.0 gasket?

I have seen a couple of different numbers myself so I am interested in this answer as well. Are these for your Dart heads?

That's why I'm asking; I've seen 3 different thicknesses stated, and my chevy dealer "has no idea"!
VN
Yes this is for the Darts. They said to go with a 6.0 so I'm looking at some options. (I like the MLS)
Looks like we're running into some of the same questions on these heads. Let me know when you hear some #s. I am still impressed with the way these heads look. I think they're going to perform really well!

Nope. ME three.

I bought a graphite Felpro gasket to see the difference between that and my Cometic .040 and the graphite one gave me a squish difference of .014", so the graphite is .054"

I think the mls is .051" but not certain.

Do you know the part number of the MLS? I had e-mailed Gunnar at Patriot because I know they distribute this gasket with their heads. Here was his reply, but I am not sure if it is the MLS gasket.

4.00" bore, .055" compressed, 12569365.
Thank you,

According to a couple of sponsor web sites, the 6.0 MLS gasket P/N is 12589227. I'd like to know the compressed thickness and inside diameter myself. I'm running a pair on my truck now and I should have checked them with my calipers for diameter at least before I installed them last spring. Of course, compressed height is much more difficult to measure with any accuracy.

Supposed to be 4.039" bore, but if you look at Summit they list it as 4.020".
