What is the approximate wait time on these anyway??? Also by going with a 4.030 setup, will that lower my CR a little? I am at 12.5:1 now with a 64cc chamber and really didn't want to go any higher than that.

The bore size isn't going to affect your compression.
Jason said these would be a 62cc head which would increase your compression.
I say call and talk to them, maybe he can do a 65cc head for you.

Great job PRC.
I would almost bet you could do the same port with a little different valve job, and a larger intake and exhaust valve and have excellent numbers for a stage 3 head.
237cc's should be plenty large enough to really move some air as proven with the stage 2 head.
I would bet many of us would like to have a 220cc or smaller head available even if the flow numbers weren't quite as impressive.

Either way, great job at geting the CnC done on the dart heads and offering it at a outstanding price.
You guys continue to impress me. Soon I will be forced to order a set to try myself.
Thanks

I agree,
How about a ported Dart 225 head with 2.040/1.60 valves, a max intake runner of about 228, on a 3.90 with 62 cc Chamber.
Flow #'s in the high 220's
That would be a Hot Head!

We could do a 2.065 / 1.60 valve setup on the 225 casting, but I doubt it would go much over 305 or so...

What is the lead time right now on a set of Stage 3's with 2.100 valves and setup for a 4.030 bore?

I was told that's the holdup on my set too A few weeks is still better than a few months for something else.

Look for stage 3 results very soon
Head work looks great. In this pic you can see where the porting cut into the rocker stud boss exposing the threads. Would this create any problems such as turbulance and how would you seal it to keep from any air leaks through the threads?

Probably stupid questions but I havn't seen ported LSx heads yet.
