for a turbo car get the lingenfelter gt2-3 207/220 571/578 118.5.Its kind of what its designed for,and will give great NA performance too.

I thought the ls6 cam had a .050 smaller base circle and needed the longer pushrods?

It is, but its not uncommon to use stock length pushrods.. I do with no problems.

The above mentioned thread was actually the reason why I decided to get this cam. Though, the lingenfelter sounds like another good option! Redtail: what kind of numbers are you getting?

I'd second this. A little hotter than the LS6 and shines with boost. All with no idle change from a stock LS1.

my bro put an ls6 cam, long tubes, 3.73, pulley, n a basic tune got his car to run 12.3 116 mph at the track with an m6 n 2.1 60fts. so i think the ls6 cam is pretty good. i would go bigger but he paid under 200 bucks for a used low mile cam n springs from a local f-body shop. for the price its worth it. also he has a nicer rumble

I got my LS6 cam, springs, and retainers for like 160. Hell of a deal, and its a good stealthy cam. I will be running boost shortly too. I have full bolt ons, and 3.73's and I spin most of 2nd with 30-40% treaded KD's on the back.

Somebody beat me to the Z06 cam. Now I have to look for another one or check into the lingenfelter.
