Default BIG question

So, I just pulled my intake off to replace my intake port seals....and I found the following!!

Question, is this normal? What could be causing this? Is it something of concern? Its very gummy, and its not in all of the cylinders, just number 3, a little bit in 7. I also looked further down in the port and its almost clean...should I not worry about it? Just wipe it up?

Thanks!
Adrian

Is that oil??? There should not be oil in there! Maybe a piston ring is gone?

I would like to see what htis appears to be. I haven't taken my intake off ever, but have to upgrade to an LS6 at some point. Just want to see what this is, if for whatever reason I take mine off and run into this, I would like to know exactly what it is. Good picture too

Could be a valve oil seal going bad.

Always a good idea. Especially since you are gonna be cranking out the higher RPM's with that magic stick.
