Then you need to get some valve relief'd pistons and run a solid roller. Somewhere in the range of 27X/28X .7XX/.7XX .

You can get a custom grind cam from a few people. I have seen some quite a big bigger than the t-rex without the need for flycutting. However, you aren't really thinking about what you want really. You need to look at what's possible and what's not. For example you are not going to get 550rwhp out of stock heads 346ci ls1.

I would call tsp and talk with them. They will be able to answer all your questions, since its their setup you want to use.

With unmilled heads and recessed valves + stock gasket 7.40 p-rods will be too short.
Most likely you'll have to shim the rocker stand to center your geometry and once you do that, p-rod length increases.
Do not take anyone's word for it, MEASURE it to get it right.

yeah, I know, but I'm a maniac when it comes to tolerances.
I like a well centered wip on my valves and as close to stock preload as I can get, for noise pupose.

Are you getting some valvetrain noise, like sewing machine?

See, most vendors usually recommend 7.40 p-rods with their setups.
TSP did the same with my PRC/Torquer V2.
But I knew from having my XE-R .581 lift with the same heads, that 7.4s will be noisy and that is why switched to 7.425 wich cured 90% of the excess valvetrain noise and got me into the .05x range preload.

you cant mill the heads with a ms3 cam without flycutting the pistions.. hell you even must request a modfied head (reesessed valves) just to use a cam that big as far as pushrdos go i went 7.40 and it works fine for me but predator does know his **** so hes probally right in saying the larger pushrod would allow for a better fit but i do know 7.40 works fine
