Default piston heads and compression ratios

Im rebuilding a ls1 and im planning on just getting some stock heads and porting them. Eventually the motor will have a nitrous setup on it. Should I get some different piston heads to go with the nitrous? It would only be a 150 shot at most.

Also id like to bump the compression to 11 or so to 1 by getting the heads milled to take advantage of any additional power I can get. I was planning on using the stock crank and rods. The goal of this motor is to be reliable and daily drivable with a a4 and make 400 ish hp without nitrous. Is this a feasable plan or am I dreaming?

And while im building this motor is there anything that I can do to improve any weak spots that the ls1 had from the factory? I know the oil system kinda lacked which can be cured by an ls6 oil pump but what else is there?

Thanks
