Not on stock heads.

I'd say about 400rwhp. No U/D pulley?

Just curious....any other supporting mods?

You say "ported throttle body and intake"....does this mean that the intake is ported?
I'm gonna say 405 RWHP

He didnt say "and", most likely just a ported tb and LS6 intake.

I inserted the and....trying to make it a lil more readable lol...I was just curious if he meant LS6 intake, or something like a cold air intake....I didn't wanna make assumptions

With the modifications you have, what kind of low-end power will you be losing (if any)? I would really love to have this cam for a daily-driver, but am just concerned about low-end loss. Could I bump the RPMs up to about 1000 for the idle and try that? It will be quite some time before I can do this, but I am just curious.

With a cam, you don't HAVE to lose power, in any certain range....Thats why they offer different grind cams....You can get a cam to make power pretty much wherever you want....My car runs strong, though it pulls better after about 3 (you're gonna stay past 3 grand at pretty much any point in a race anyways), and idles fine at about 700 RPM's....Mods in sig..

with that big of a cam his power would be pretty high. If he changed his springs and upgraded the connecting rod bolts could the motor safely hit 7000rpm?

You have to change the valvesprings to even get the motor to idle. Spinning it up to 7K and higher is all in what youre comfortable doing. Yes rod bolts will help out tremendously. With the T-Rex you'd probably want to spin to 7200-7400.

Yes, I realize this. However, I am asking my question specifically towards the T-Rex cam since that is what the thread is about.

I really would like to have the cam for a daily-driver. But I don't want it if it's next to impossible to keep the car running and easy to drive stop after stop...
